Designsense will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Designsense, it’s employees or agents.

Ownership

All domain name registration, website hosting, website design's and search engine optimisation fee's are quoted up front. A deposit of 50% is required within seven days from acceptance of our quote. All services and work carried out remains the property of Designsense until paid in full. Balance is due within seven days of completion. As the owner of your website you accept ownership and responsibility for all content you provide.

The website design, structure and coding remains the property of Designsense until full payment has been made. Any payment delays should be discussed and approved by your Designsense Sales Representative. Failure to do so could lead to the website being removed from the URL it was submitted to.
